Our body needs food to function properly. It we do not eat food we will feel lifeless and will have not strength. Our body needs carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and fat in order to function properly. As humans we consume three meals a day. This can keep our body healthy. We usually take breakfast, lunch, dinner. The most important fact is that these three meals must be completed with nutrients. There for our body need a certain amount of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and fat. Carbohydrates are necessary for provide you with energy for brain power and muscle power. Proteins will give you firm flesh and it will increase the quality of your blood. Vitamins will keep you away from diseases. Therefor it is important to consider about the food we eat if you are using fingers to eat wash them properly before and after meals. Also eating fresh vegetables, fruits and eating food cooked at our home are good health habits.
